1. Physical Products
- Eligibility: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

2. Digital Products (Downloads, E-books, Music, etc.)
- Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of downloadable products are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
- If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
3. Online Services (Consulting, Lessons, Web Design, etc.)
- Cancellations: Services may be canceled up to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may receive a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
- Completed Services: Once a service has been rendered, it is non-refundable.
4. Courses or Time-Released Content
- If a course is delivered in installments (e.g., weekly lessons), refunds will only be available before the second module/session is accessed.
- After that point, no refunds will be issued unless required by law.
5. Exchanges
- Physical products may be exchanged for a different size or variant, subject to availability.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
